3.1 Deposits

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳3,000; or a deposit of ৳22,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, wagering of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount must be completed. For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete ৳30,000 in wagering.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own terms and conditions.
• Once a bonus has been claimed, it cannot be withdrawn or combined with another bonus.
• Misuse of bonuses or using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• ba8999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• It is not possible to withdraw a bonus without completing the wagering requirements.

ba8999's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on consistent gaming participation and loyalty to the platform. VIP benefits are provided for a set period and ba8999 reserves the right to modify the VIP program at any time.

ba8999 users are required to refrain from the following activities:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account credentials.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage from the bonus system ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage").
• Attempting any form of fraud, deception or money laundering.
• Using any bots, automated tools or hacking tools on the platform's software or gaming systems.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other users or staff.
• Attempting to access the platform from restricted areas or countries.

If any of the above violations occur, ba8999 reserves the right to suspend or close the account and forfeit deposited funds. In cases of serious violations, the relevant authorities may be notified.
